Article 2 – Products

Flow is a physical NFC pebble which, paired with the Flow app (iPhone), lets you block and unblock the apps on your phone. The essential characteristics of the product are described on the site. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot bind the seller for minor rendering differences.

Flow is offered as a limited edition. Availability is shown in real time on the site (first release limited to 500 units).

Article 3 – Price

The price of a Flow is €44.90 incl. tax per unit, including applicable French VAT. Prices are shown in euros and may change at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Shipping costs of €4.90 apply to an order of one unit. Shipping is free from 2 units. The total amount, including shipping, is shown before payment.

Article 4 – Orders

Orders are placed online on the site. Quantity is limited to 5 units per order. The sale is deemed concluded upon receipt of the payment confirmation, which is sent to you by email.

The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that is abnormal, made in bad faith, or placed by a customer with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online by credit or debit card through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Card details are transmitted directly to Stripe in encrypted form and are never stored by the seller. The order is confirmed only after the payment is accepted.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of the order. Deliveries are made in mainland France and, where applicable, to the areas offered at checkout.

Delivery times are given for information only. As the product is a limited edition, shipping takes place as soon as your unit is ready; you receive an email when it ships. In the event of a significant delay, you may contact us at flow@liori.studio.

The risks relating to the product are transferred to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by them, takes physical possession of the goods.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, simply notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement, by email to flow@liori.studio. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

The product must be returned in its original condition, complete, within fourteen (14) days of communicating your decision. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Reimbursement of all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, is made no later than fourteen (14) days after recovery of the goods or proof of their shipment.

Article 8 – Legal guarantees

Regardless of any commercial warranty, the seller remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Under the legal guarantee of conformity, you have two years from delivery of the goods to act and may choose between repair or replacement, subject to the cost conditions provided for by law. For any request, contact flow@liori.studio.
