How does Flow block my apps?
The Flow app uses iOS's built-in controls (Screen Time) to keep the apps you choose blocked at the system level. The NFC pebble is the physical key: it alone can unblock them.
Which phones is Flow compatible with?
Flow works with NFC-enabled iPhones (iPhone XR and newer) running iOS 17 or later. An Android version is being considered.
What if I really want to use my apps?
Flow doesn't lock you in: just scan the pebble to unblock your apps. It simply replaces impulsive unblocking with a physical, mindful gesture. And often, you decide not to.
Do I need to charge the pebble?
Never. The pebble uses passive NFC technology: no battery, no charging, no wear. It always works.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is €5.10 for a single Flow, and free from 2 Flow. Your Flow ships within a few business days of your order, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
